- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to add an option to contract N68335-03-C-0104 with Northrop Grumman for an additional quantity of three (3) Integrated Photonics Assembly (IPA). The contract currently has a requirement for five (5) IPAs. This modification will bring the total to eight (8) IPAs. The government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The government does not own data, drawings, software code or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. No soliciation will be available for this effort.
