Description

As an alternative to seeking new space the government will negotiate with the lessor at the current location for approximately 72,688 rentable square feet of space which equates to 63,208 usable square feet of office, warehouse, storage, conference room and training rooms with nine surface parking spaces. Location: Bounded by Clairmont, Atlanta Expressway, Century Center and McJenklin Drive. City Center of Neighborhood: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks should be well maintained. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before December 3, 2003. Term: The term will be for ten years, five years firm.
