Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price contract for the following specific services: a) online subscription access to the Proquest ABI Global Package for the period of 1 January 2003- 31 December 2003, b) online subscription access to he Proquest Periodical Abstracts Research II Image Package for the period of 1 January 2003--31 December 2003, c)online subscription access to the Proquest Chadwyck Healey Policy File for the period of 1 January 2003-- 31 December 2003, and d) online subscription access to the Proquest Military PQD File for the period of 1 January 2003--31 December. A written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Program (SAP). All qualified, responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. All quotes submitted MUST be sent via email to: patrick.woods@dia.mil. If email not possible, send fax to attention of: Patrick Woods, Contracts at (202) 231-2831. No other forms of submission will be accepted. The deadline for submission of quotations is 15 January 2003 by 12:00 PM EST.
