- The Library of Congress/FEDLINK intends to issue RFQs to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process by responding to RFP S-LC99015 for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serials subscriptions services for domestic and foreign serials and publications and for related services which are used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide.
