Description

Notice to Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 15,400 rsf of space at 4901 University Square, Suite 1, Huntsville, Alabama 35804, under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a superceeding lease at this location based on evconomic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate onlu if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. If anyone has a location that they would like to have considered, please contact Yvonne duPree' at 205-731-0135, ext. 38 by 12/06/2002.
