- PR No: LTC02347006425; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Elbow Assembly for a KC-135 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-673-9815; AEQ = 75 Base Year and 180 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 250 days AFAA. There are 4 approved sources for this item, Lockheed Martin Corp. part number 695801-7 Cage 98897, Senior Flextconics SSP, part number 1501507-5 cage 98769, Arrowhead Products, part number 13111-7 cage 70628, Precision Aerospace Corp. part number C0383-9, cage 5V156. A technical data package (TDP) does not exist for this NSN and cannot be provided by DSCR. Government First Article Testing of 2 units is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is January 30, 2003, anticipated award date is April 11, 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
