Description
Sources Sought: The USCG intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of circuits cards. These circuit cards are in support of the oJ-727 v/SPS-73 (v). Console Group System used in the AN/SPS-73 Surface Search Radars. NSN 5998-01-503-3382, Radar data extrator p/n 1721818-102, Qty 17 each. NSNS 5998-01-503-3380, 73 Radar Scan Control, RSC P/N 1721817-102, Qty 11 each. The original equipment manufacturer, Raytheon Electronic Systems, 1050 NE Hostmark Street, Poulsbo, WA 98370. The Coast does not possess the manufacturer engineering drawings, test procedures or test specification. This information is proprietary. Therefore, the Government intends on negotiating directly with Raytheon. Other organizations having the expertise and capabilities are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities regarding this system upgrade with fifteen (15) days of this announcement. No cost or pricing data is required. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to pay for this information solicited. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demostrate their capabilities to meet the requirements. Numbered Note 22 & 26. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), short-tem lending program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receiveable for transportation related contracts.
