Description
NA The United States Army will conduct a competitive small business set-aside procurement to select a contractor to design, develop, integrate, test, produce, train, and support medium and large Standardized Intergrated Command Post Systems (SICPS) Tent Syste ms. The tents will be used for brigade and division sized Command Post Modules and shall be designed for soldiers to work in regardless of weather conditions in the area they are deployed. The Tents shall be capable of being a stand-alone tent or connecte d to another SICPS tent or platform. The SICPS tents shall include lights, tables, interior power distribution system (IPDS), cable management system, and an integrated modular floor. The Medium SICPS Tent will provide 400 to 500 sq ft of uninterrupted u sable space and have minimum with of 18ft. The Large SICPS Tent will provide 900 to 1000 sq ft of uninterrupted usable space and have a minimum of 28 ft. The medium SICPS Tent shall be able to set up or disassembled in 30 minutes or less with no more the n 6 personnel. The large SICPS Tent shall be able to be set up or disassembled in 1 hour or less with no more than 6 personnel. The IPDS shall meet National Electric Code for temporary structures and be designed to accept 120/208 volt, 15KW, 3-phase 60 H z, AC power as provided by MIL-STD Generators. Tents shall be available in woodland green and desert tan colored exteriors and white interior. Tent shall have a system R-value of 3. Tents shall provide openings for power cables, ECU ducts, and stovepipe s. The maximum weight for the Medium Tent shall not exceed 500 pounds and for the Large Tent shall not exceed 1000 pounds. This weight includes lights, tent fabric, floor, IPDS, and cable management system, but it does not include tables or the 50? IPDS 60 AMP power cable. Tents shall be packaged for transport such that no package exceeds 185 lbs. Tents shall be able to complex with other Army tents using a temper Vestibule and to SICPS Vehicles using SICPS Boot Walls. The medium SICPS tent shall be ca pable of complexing with vehicles/tents with two (2) per side and one (1) per end for a total of six (6) vehicles/tents. The large SICPS tent shall be capable of complexing with vehicles/tents with three(3) per side and one (1) per end for a total of eigh t (8) vehicles/tents. Additional requirements are contained in the Performance Specifications.
