Services to be performed at Mississinewa Lake, 5613 E Mississinewa Dam Road, Peru, Indiana. Site v isit can be arranged by calling Scot Dahms at 765 473-5946. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561210 ($5 million). Award of this procurement will be based upon Best Value to the Government, factors to be considered are p ast performance, prior experience, price. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for two (2) additional one - year periods. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 15 January 2003 and a due date of 29 January 2003 at 4:30 PM local time.
