Description

The work to be performed includes: roadway repair and surface preparation and placement of a 3 inch hot bituminous pavement overlay (2 lifts) on approximately 1.5 miles of County Road 23, road construction of approximately 1800 feet of dam crest roadway, installation of approximately 4600 feet of guardrail, installations of monitoring instrumentation, and electrical pull boxes and conduit installations. The performance period for this work is 60 days. The price range for this work is $250,000 to $500,000. The work is situated at the west edge of Ft. Collins in Larimer County, Colorado. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for March 6, 2003 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings Montana. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a non-refundable check or money order in the amount of $9.00 per set. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed at the Great Plains Regional Office, at the address mentioned above. All reasonable sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237310. The Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 Million. To request a copy of the solicitation, contrctors shall fax a request to Hart BlackEagle at (406) 247-7798. The fax request must include contractor's name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and Tax Identification Number and Dun and Bradstreet Number.
