Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Johns Hopkins University (JHU) to deliver the Strategic Thinking/Staff Ride (ST/SR) Seminar to 60 ATF personnel at the Critical Incident Decision Making (CIDM) Seminar. The CIDM Seminar will be conducted on May 6-8, 2003 and May 13-15, 2003 in Gettysburg. JHU has delivered this seminar to ATF and other Federal agencies in the past as part of their Executive Leadership Graduate Program. JHU has tailored the ST/SR Seminar to meet the needs of ATF and the CIDM Seminar as defined by the Career Development Division. This is not a request for proposal and no other offers will be accepted.
