Description

9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB Ca aniticipates a solicitation for the requirement of an Imagery Orthorectification Program Manager (NAICS 54199)within the next month. Funds are not yet available. The government is not obligated to award this contract. This program manager would have the following responsibilities: 1. Review the current system design to ensure it fulfills COMUSCENTAF's requirement and suggest improvements where necessary 2. Work with ACC to integrate the equipment and software into current baseline of the DSS-F 3. Coordinate with software developers and hardware providers to ensure equipment will operate as advertised and required 4. Oversee efforts to input additional intelligence sources into current operations to aid in analyst cueing 5. Ensure the digital files produced are in formats compatible with current customer needs and applications 6. Research and suggest imagery management systems to handle large amounts of data 7. Coordinate with NIMA for product evaluations; test system throughout development to ensure system is on-track 8. Aid in the development of a CONOPS and training plan on orthorectification 9.
