PRON: AX3F0016AX; NSN: 3120-01-090-6519; Quantity: Min 500 each / Max 2100 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity; Part Number: 70209-07901-102 applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. This item is restricted to the followin g approved sources: Sikorsky Aircraft Co (Cage Code 78286) and Chicago Rawhide (Cage Code 80201). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically availab le to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Deliveries are FOB origin to Texarkana, TX. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. F irms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closi ng date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Numbered Notes 23, and 26.
