NSN: 1650-01-311-2580, PRON AX360779, Part Number 145H6643-3, Quantity: 117, applicable to the (BK) CH-47, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Corpus Christi, Texas. Required delivery 85 each, 420 Days After Contract Aw ard. This item is restricted to The Boeing Co (Vendor Code 77272). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufactu ring knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future so licitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be pr ocessed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Ord er 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
