- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Corporate Visions, 2000 M Street, Washington, DC 20036 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the re-design of Publication 2104, National Taxpayer Advocate Annual Report to Congress. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capabilities by responding to this notice within 10 calendar days of the published date of this notice will be considered. Interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via fax, email or hand-delivery. Documents over 10 pages will not be accepted by fax. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required prior to execution of award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Corporate Visions.
