Description

NA The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for thirty (30) each Display Unit (Computer Interface Module, CIM) which is part of end item MEP-805B and MEP-806B, National Stock No. 7025-01-467-4709. The aforementioned item must be full y and successfully integrated into the end item. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competion for this item. IAW FAR 6.302-1(b),U.S.C.2304(c)1), the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with MC II Electric, Inc., the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements. This notice of intent is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal from other sources. The US Army Communications-Electr onics Command (CECOM) has established the Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties i nterested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http;//abop.monmouth.army.mil). Upon accessing this webpage, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential business op portunities by simply typing 'guest' for the login ID and password.
