Description
This acquisition is for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 5945-01-339-5234GC P/N: 70550-02105-061, Noun: Relay Panel, item(s) applicable to HH-60G Helicopter. FUNC: LH relay panel, DIM: 10.75" x 7.0" x 6.5", MAT: Electrical wiring, diodes, resistors, relays along with attaching hardware (screws, washers nuts, etc?) and connector/receptacles along with attaching wire harness. Quantity is 14 each. There will be two (2) out year options with a quantity range of 1-33 for Option I and quantity range of 1-6 each for Option II. Estimated total quantity will be 53 each. No technical data is available. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 14 each on or before 30 Sept 2003. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsperson has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsperson is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contactor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsperson will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsperson does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
