Description

NA Fort Wainwright, Alaska has a requirement for custodial services and a solicitation is available at http://www.usark.army.mil/DOC/. This requirement is being considered for competitive acquisition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns; NAICS 561720; and the el igibility to participate is RESTRICTED for the SBA Alaska District Office for 8(a) firms with a bonafide branch office in the Alaska District Office Area as this requirement for the 8(a) program been accepted by SBA. Joint Venture Agreements - Joint Ventur es are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides, however, the joint venture agreement must be received by SBA prior to proposal due date and approve before award of a resulting contract. If you are comtemplating a joint venture on this project, you must a dvise your assigned Business Opportunity Specialist (BOS) as soon as possible. It is also recommended that the agreement be submitted as soon as practicable to ensure complaince with established regulations. Any corrections and/or changes needed can be m ade only when your BOS has adequate time for a thorough review before the propsoal due date. NO CORRECTIONS AND/OR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL. Site-Visit Reservation Request Form is included in the solicitation package (fax) 907-353-7302.
