EMAIL ADDRESS: Vincent.Pacchiana@se.amedd.army.mil POC: Mr. Vincent Pacchiana, LPN, Nurse Methods Analyst (706) 787-2094 DESC: This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE Regions 3 & 4 that include all DOD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process o f standardizing Oxygen Delivery and Related Products as listed in the subject line above. Companies with current Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the sta ndardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support, in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide company’s return policy, must provide company’s distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, and must provide electronic and hard-copy o f proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Airway (Oral)-Available in both Berman and Guedel design, available in a variety of sizes (Pediatric to Adult), latex free. Airway (Nasal)- Available in a variety of sizes (Pediatric to Adult) and latex free. Nasal Cannulae- Available in standard and crush-resistant tubing, standard and universal connectors and 7 feet long, available in a variety of sizes (Pediatric to Adult), latex free. Oxygen Supply and Corrugated T ubing- Supply tubing available in standard and crush-resistant, standard and universal connectors and corrugated tubing with 6” cuttable sections. Oxygen Masks- Available in infant, child and adult sizes, seven foot tubing with universal adaptor, and latex free. Nonrebreathing Mask-Must have three valves to prevent rebreating and allow exhaled gas to escape, available in pediatric and adult sizes, seven foot tubing with universal adaptor and latex free. Venturi Mask- Adjustable O2 settings from 24% to 50%, high humidity adapter, seven-foot tubing with universal adapter, color coded concentration pieces, and latex free. Aerosol Mask- Available in infant, child and adult sizes and latex free. Face Tent- Latex free. Tracheostomy Mask- Available in pediatric and adult sizes, connector swivels 360 degrees and latex free. Nebulizer/Jet Nebulizer- Available with “T” piece, mouthpiece, and reservoir, MMAD 2.5 to 5 um, residual volume less than 0.5 ml, intermittent use with flow of 8-10 Lpm, and continuous with 2-3 Lp m or high flow greater than 8 Lpm. MDI Spacers- Large volume chamber with valves for spontaneous use and available with infant, child and adult masks. Peak Flow Meters- Available with range capabilities for pediatric through adult. Nipples/Trees; Humidifie rs; Aerosol Drainage System. Note: Latex content must be specified on all products Respondents must address all criteria listed above.
