- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is F08602-03-T0008, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 532112, Passenger Van Leasing, the size standard of which is $21,500,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). DESCRIPTION: This solicitation is for the three year leasing of three 15-passenger vans. REQUIREMENTS: Lease three 15-passenger vans, meeting the following minimum requirements: Must have 15 passenger capability, vinyl removable seating, vinyl flooring, automatic transmission, A/C, and must have a WHITE exterior, with a neutral color interior and come with an applicable maintenance and parts publication (?Owner?s Manual?). Include complete vehicle specifications and optional equipment quoted as part of your offer. Provide pricing for the each year of the lease per vehicle. Maintenance will be carried out by the 6 LRS Vehicle Management Element. All scheduled and preventive maintenance will be carried out IAW manufacturer?s specifications. An authorized dealer will carry out any warranty repairs. Vehicle Maintenance will diagnose, troubleshoot and make any other necessary repairs IAW manufacturer?s specifications. Vehicles are to have temporary (paper) tags upon delivery; paperwork for, or the Florida license plates themselves are expected before the temporary tags expire. List, if any, the tag and title fees and include them in the cost of the first year of lease. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, visit www.ccr.gov. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Vehicles are to be delivered to 6 TRANS, MacDill AFB, FL 33621. The exact delivery address will be given out upon award. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Delivery of leased vehicles must take place by March 7, 2003. Lease period will start on date of delivery.
