- NA We intend to award a Sole source procurement to Mechanical Simulation International (MSI). If offerors wish to submit a quote please contact Janice Addison at 757-878-3166 x3221 for a copy of the RFQ. The closing date for receipt of quotes is January 21, 2003, and will not be extended. A description of the procurement is as follows: The offorer shall make available to the Military Traffic Management Command Transportation Engineering Agency (MTMCTEA) a dynamic modeling expertise and analytic capabilitie s aimed at verifying Stryker axle loads and clearances during C-130 design loading/unloading. The result of this effort will be an analysis that identifies potential violations of C-130 design limitations for the five Interim Armored Vehicle (IAV) configu rations listed below. Infantry Carrier Vehicles (ICV), MORTAR CARRIER (MC), Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM), Medical Evacuation Vehicle (MEV), Mobile Gun System (MGS)
