Description

Clarification to synopsis: Packaging and marking requirement: Unit pack of eight (8) t-shirts per package, same size per bundle, wrapped in plastic. Each package will have a bar code label attached. Each shipping carton shall also have a bar code. FROM: A sample bar code is included as an attachment to this solicitation. TO READ: A sample bar code will be provided at time of award. Bar code label must have our stock number, brief description and size. Bar code label must be approved prior to shipment. Bar code label is to be submitted for approval at the same time that the first article is submitted for approval. Shipping containers shall be marked to indicate the purchase order number, quantity, nomenclature and name of contractor. Clarification to Product Description and product requirements: The T-Shirts are to be a "TYPE 1" USAFA T-Shirt. Quotes must be received NLT 12:00 PM MDT, 24 JAN 2003 at 10th MSG/LGCB, Contracting Flight/LGCB, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy, CO 80840-2315. Quotes may be faxed to the attention of C.M. Hirsch, 719-333-9103. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JAN-2003).
