Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6. Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract for the commercial items with Harris Corporation of Rochester, New York. Harris Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The contractor will provide six (6) spare kits for the PRC-117F radios for use in a tactical environment. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement, to include descriptive literature, within 7 days of this announcement to the contact person listed above.
