- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F09650-03-Q-0025 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the issue date of the solicitation. NAICS Code 611430. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery date: May 2003. CLIN 0001- Upgrade existing ISO 9000 Quality Management System from ISO 9001:2000 to AS 9100 for 300 personnel and add an additional 202 people in the composite area in accordance with the statement of work. Statement of Work for Expansion of Shops to ISO 9000 and Upgrade to AS9100: The vendor shall, (1) perform pre-assessment audit of the composite section (9 shops ? 202 personnel)) during the month of February 2003, (2) rewrite or amend the current Quality Management Manual (QMM) to include the AS9100 criteria, and (3) accomplish the upgrade audit of all areas for registration to AS9100 during the month of May 2003. These areas are MANMM, MANMP, MANMS, MANRC, and MANQ. Time frame stated for pre-assessment and upgrade audits shall be flexible and will be managed by the auditee and vendor. The vendor shall have free access to all personnel and unclassified documents/records in MANM, MANR, and MANQ in order to determine status.
