PRON: AX3 Q0111AX, NSN: 1615-01-185-3090, PN: 406-040-508(-101), Quantity: 13 each, applicable to the OH-58 D. F.O.B. Orgin with deliveries of 13 each going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 13 each, 4 20 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053-8030.
