- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT ALSO SERVES AS THE SOLICITATION. See Ready Me First Sheet attachement for further instructions. Basic specifications for the tank are as follows: Provide and install 800,000+ gallon potable water tank at Mesa Verde National Park, CO, using specifications provided. Tank must be set and ready for use by May 1, 2003. Site preparation will be completed and ready for tank erection upon tank arrival. Include freight costs, fees, permits, etc in bid. Contractor will desgin tank, bring in tank, assemble tank and check for tightness. Unloading of tank parts will be done by NPS. Disinfection will be done by NPS personnel. Questions must be in writing and should be sent e-mail to dixie_sparks@nps.gov. Vendors must register at the following web site, http://ideasec.nbc.gov to receive and download the solicitation. Vendors must also register at the Central Contractor Registration web site, http://www.ccr.gov
