Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a time and materials contract for labor and materials to perform maintenance and repairs on EA-6B aircraft inducted for Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) and repairs incidental to modification installs. The contract will provide a vehicle to restore aircraft to a condition that can be maintained at organizational or intermediate levels in the fleet. This effort will be procured on a sole source basis from Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation at St. Augustine, FL. Northrop Grumman is the sole designer and manufacturer of the EA-6B aircraft and will perform the SDLM and installs under a concurrent contract. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
