Description: NA This is a request for quote (RFQ), for Janitorial Services for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, Louisville, KY. Services to be performed at Mississinewa Lake Resident Office, 5613 E Mississinewa Dam Road, Peru, IN. This is an approx 1, 892 sq. ft. facility. Site visit can be arranged by calling Greg Scott at 765 689-8375. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561720. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for four (4) one - year periods. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 23 January 2003 and a due date of 13 February 2003 at 4:30 PM local time.
