- Description
- Provide A/E services to renovate 2,400 sq. ft. to expand the Behavioral Health Unit at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. Modifications includes relocating the Nurses Station and adding an additional six (6) beds. Work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, signage, fire safety items and all other work necessary to make the area completely functional. Project includes development of contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for review at 25%, 50%, and 100%. Also included are site investigations and construction period services. The estimated construction budget is $100,000 and $250,000. The area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 150 mile radius of the VAMC, Clarksburg, West Virginia. Interested firms must submit (3) copies of SF 254 and 255 to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Black Horse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320 by close of business 2/7/03. This is not a request for proposals. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. NAICS code is 541310.
