- Description
- Provide A/E services to renovate an area of the first floor of Building 1 for a Women's Clinic at the Louis A. Johnson VAMC, Clarksburg, WV. Work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, signage, fire safety items and all other work necessary to make the area completely functional. Project includes development of contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for review at 25%, 50% and 100%. Also included are site investigations and construction period services. The estimated construction budget is between $250,000 and $500,000. The area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 150 mile radius of the VAMC, Clarksburg, West Virginia. Interested firms must submit three (3) copies of SF 254 and 255 to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Black Horse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320 by close of business 2/7/03. This is not a request for proposals. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. NAICS code is 541310. See numbered notes 1 and 24.
