- NA This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Eugenuity Technologies Inc.,formerly Virtual Prototypes, Inc., to provide Senior Consultation Services to enhance and support FCS Models utilizing Scenario and Generation Toolkit Environme nt (STAGE) simulation package (proprietary software)at Fort Lee Virginia using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. The anticipated award date is 31 January 2003. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitations or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their in terest and submit product information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely in the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by COB 24 January 2003. If no respo nses are received by the date, a sole source purchase order with Engenuity Technologies Inc. will be pursued.
