- Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each P15 Surface Profiler with an Ethernet card capable of scanning up to 100,000 data points/scan and a vertical range of 0-1000 microns with a low constant stylus force (0.5-50mg); 1 each Head assembly; 1 each Max 3D photo realistic image rendering software; 1 each 150mm wafer (flat or square substrates); 1 each L stylus, 2um radius, 60 degree; 1 Step height standard, 18nm; 1 step height standard, 450nm; and 1 step height standard, 940nm. Response date of this quotation is an estimate. Actual response date will be shown on the actual RFQ. RFQ will be posted on http://supply.nrl.navy.mil the 16th day after this notice. See note(s) 1.
