- GSA/FTS intends to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (sole source). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements. The procurement is for the following: Perpetual, Single User License (SGSUB) Perpetual, Single User License (SGSOL) Perpetual, Single User License (Fe-DATA) Annual Maint (Fe-DATA) Perpetual, Site/Server License (Ni-DATA) Annual Maint (Ni-DATA) Thermo-Calc Maint Al-DATA Annual Maint Ti-DATA Annual Maint Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by close of business 1/28/2003 will be considered by the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested contractors must be registered in GSA's IT Solutions to quote on this item.
