Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,364 rentable square feet yielding 2,925 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Miami, Florida within the following delineated area: NORTH: Blue Lagoon Drive (parallel to the South of SR836, Dolphin Expressway), SOUTH: Flagler Street, EAST: Milam Dairy Road (NW 72nd Avenue), WEST: LeJeune Road (NW 42nd Avenue). REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance. Space must be ready for occupancy by May 31, 2003 or sooner. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: a. Space must be located above the first floor; b. Easy access to the building from parking areas; c. Easy access to freeways from building site. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
