Description

Base Bid: The base bid consist of the demolition of existing utilities buildings and other related items, the construction of aggregate base asphalt pavement, concrete pads, water utilities, a new office building complete with electrical, wate, sewer, fire detection, heating and cooling systmes. Additive Bid: The additive bid consists of the construction of an emergency electrical power generator system complete wth generator, transfer switch, conduit conductors and related equipment. This project will be located in Alamogordo New Mexico at the White Sands Regional Airport. This will not be set aside for a small business. The NAICS code is 233320. The estimated dollar range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The bids will be due on February 27, 2003 at 1600 in the SO Office of the Lincoln National Forest at 1101 New York Ave in Alamogordo, New Mexico 88310.
