- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is FFOX31N23640007, and is being issued as a Brand-name or Equal Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 441222, Boat Dealers, the size standard of which is $6,000,000.00 (Not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: 1 Recovery Boat. REQUIREMENTS This is a Brand-name or equal synopcitation for the following: Twin Vee Power Cats; Model: Xtreme 26? Center Console. 26? Center Console w/Galvanized Trailer, T-top with Hardtop with clear enclosure (drop down from the hardtop). Overall length 25?7?. Beam 8?6?. Bow Depth 42?. Hull Draft 12?-17?. Transom Heights 25?. Fuel Capacity 2 each, 60 gallons. Std Steering Twin Hydrolic. Twin-V Catamaran Hull, Fiberglass. Clear enclosure (TCAL). Aluminum frame seat. Console Cushion Set. No Motors. Steering, throttle, etc. from console to the transom installed. The engines to be used will be twin, 2 stroke, 150HP, OMC (Johnson).
