Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested. The solicitation number is DAHA06-03-Q-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqusition Circular 01-11. The Connecticut Army Nat ional Guard requires various stone for road repair. The contractor shall furnish the following supplies and quantities and deliver them to Stones Ranch Military Reservation: 1,779 cy of bank run gravel CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.02.06 GRADATION B; 102 cy of rip rap CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.12.02.1; 88 cy 3/8in crushed stone CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.01.01 GRADATION 8; 562 cy 3/4in processed aggregate CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.02.06 GRADATION C; 1177 cy 1 1/2in processed aggregate CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.02.06 GRA DATION A. The following will be delivered to Camp Rowland, 38 Smith St, Niantic CT 06357: 1,162 cy of 1 1/2in processed aggregate CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.02.06 GRADATION A and 2310 cy of bank run gravel CT DOT FORM 814A SPEC M.02.06 GRADATION B. Award wi ll be evaluated on price alone.
