- This is a modification to previous Pre-Solicitation Notice for N00033-02-R-8002 posted August 14, 2002 and Sources Sought Notice for N00033-02-R-8002 posted December 13, 2002. Please Note that the solicitation number will be changed from N00033-02-R-8002 to N00033-03-R-8003 to reflect a Fiscal Year 2003 solicitation number. All future notices for this requirement will utilize the new solicitation number N00033-03-R-8003. This requirement is for engineering and technical services in support of the Shipboard Automated Maintenance Management System (SAMM) and engineering services for MSC vessels and other Government vessels. The services include system development, installation, training, system maintenance, and engineering and technical support. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Award Term contract is anticipated. The period of performance for the proposed contract is a base period of two years commencing on or about 01 August 2003, plus three one-year options and five award-term options. This competitive negotiated procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 and the size standard is $15.5 MIL. The estimated solicitation release date is 17 February 2003 with an estimated solicitation closing date of 21 March 2003. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil as well as the MSC web page at http://www.msc.navy.mil under contracts/active RFPs.
