- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a Time and Materials modification to Contract N00019-01-C-0045 with Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), 100 CTC Drive, Johnstown, PA 15904 on an other than full and open competitive basis in order to provide an analytical assessment of the impact of the incorporation of the Block 2B mission sensor systems on the OAMCM Air Weapon System, with emphasis on CSTRS as currently configured for the MH-60S aircraft. This requirement also includes software development and technical meeting support for the Block 2B mission sensor systems. The Block 2B mission sensor systems are the Airborne Mine Neutralization System (AMNS), Organic Airborne and Surface Influence Sweep (OASIS), and Rapid Airborne Mine Clearance System (RAMICS). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CTC is the sole developer of CSTRS and therefore the only source with the prerequisite knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to continue the development of the system. See Note 22.
