Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington DC (FISCNORDETWASH) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Mountainview Consulting Group (MCG), 1510 Desmarais Rd., Moxee, WA 98966. This requirement is in support of the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD for the integration of primary care and behavioral health guidelines developed at MCG and now being adapted for local implementation within the Navy. The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price contract. Work shall be performed at the Naval medical facilities in Cherry Point, NC, Annapolis, MD, Portsmouth VA, and the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Washington, DC. The duration of the contract will be for one (1) base year and one (1) option year. FAR Clause 52-217-9 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract." (3/00) and FAR Clause 52.217.8 (11/99) "Option to Extend Services," shall be incorporated into the contract. All responsible sources may submit their technical proposal, however, only services meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) 29 January 2003. See Note 22
