Description

ANNOUNCEMENT The D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board is holding a pre-solicitation informational session for full service advertising vendors on January 31, 2003. It will take place at the Lottery?s headquarters at 2101 Martin Luther King Avenue Jr., SE in the Second Floor Multipurpose Room at 10 a.m. This session will discuss the Lottery Marketing Department?s objectives and its current advertising projects. Attendees will have an opportunity to provide comments for consideration in the development of the Lottery?s long-term, advertising solicitation. We expect to issue the solicitation on or about March 3, 2003. If a representative from your company is interested in attending, please RSVP to Quinciean McClough by January 28, 2003, via email: qmcclough@dclottery.com or phone: 202/645-8066. Once your attendance is confirmed, we will email you a packet of information that will include a copy of the previous RFP. To receive the packet, be sure to provide Ms. McClough with your email address. To ensure your ability to fully benefit from the informational session, please carefully review the packet and note any comments for discussion.
