Description

The contract awarded as a result of this commercial acquisition will be a five year fixed-price requirements type contract IAW FAR Part 12. The Contract Ordering Period will be from 01 May 2003 through 30 April 2008. Line Item: 0001, LIQUID AIR, IAW ITEM DESCRIPTION DATED 23 OCT 2002. Five year BEQ: 192,500 GALLONS each year. F.O.B. Destination: Arnold FB TN into government owned 6,000 GALLON storage vessel. Line Item: 0002, Delay and Standby Charges. Only written requests for a copy of the solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable, either FAX or E-MAIL requests.
