- PR LTC03002007010, NSN 4933-01-038-7179, Tool, Removing, Ejector IAW Controlled Technical Data Packages (CTDPS) Certification forms can be obtained by calling 804-279-4174 or downloading via internet http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd . An Export Control Technical Data Package exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to those authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center (DLSC). Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet address listed above also. If certification is required request a DD 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from DLSC, www.dlis.dla.mil. IAW DWG TDPL 010387179-00187 Basic Dtd 7/05/00 & IAW DWG NR U.S.A. DWG 11826076 Rev G Basic DTD 07/17/98. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination for initial shipment only and I/A destination for subsequent shipments, in accordance with QAP 021. Possible ship to addresses: New Cumberland, PA and/or Tracey, CA for stock. DVD shipments are within CONUS. This requirement is a proposed long term contract (LTC) with a base year and four option years. This is 100% set-aside for small business. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on or about 24 FEB, 03. From the Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the sidebar, then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. ***ELECTRONIC QUOTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION!*** Solicitation package must be completed in its entirety prior to submission. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. Solicitation package must be submitted by close date of 25 March, 2003. Solicitation package may be available for issue on or about 24 Feb, 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Numbered Note #1 applies.
