- Carbaryl Insecticide Spraying. This project consists of spraying high value trees in recreation sites with the insecticide carbaryl. Trees to be sprayed are located throughout 45 recreation sites on the Prescott National Forest. Solicitation will be issued and posted on FedBizOps on or about February 7, 2003 with quotes due on March 5, 2003. Set-aside for small business concerns.
