Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being requiested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to award a contract to a single vendor with the superior technical solution, past performance, and price to provide USPTO with an Enterprise Contact Center (ECC). The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities (except as otherwise provided or specified) to deliver and install an Enterprise Contact Center as detailed in this solicitation. The solicitation number is 192P0350117 and the solicitation has been issued as an RFP.
