- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LYKB anticipates issuing a contract for 60 each Radio Controls, NSN: 5821-01-445-2779, P/N: 822-0922-033. The approximate issue date of the RFP will be 24 Jan 2003 with the approximate response date of 24 FEB 2003. Request the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. Only written or faxed request received directly from the requester are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, Size of Business pursuant to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220. Sole Source to Rockwell Collins (Cage: 13499). All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
