Description: NA This office intends to issue an 8(A) COMPETITIVE IFB to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to remodel seventy (48) barracks buildings located in the 700, 800, and 2400 blocks, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work may include building demolition, cast-in-place concrete, self-leveling underlayment, galvanized metal stairs, steel siding, standard steel doors and frames, vinyl clad double hung windows, resilient flooring, epoxy quartz flooring, painting, glassboard, plastic toilet partitions, plumbing , and basic electrical. Project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $8,000,000. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for a base period of approximately six months with the options to extend for four (4) one-year option periods. A 20% bid bond will be required. NAICS Code 236220 applies with a size standard of $28.5 million. It is intended that COMPETITION WILL BE LIMITED TO ELIGIBLE 8(A) CONCERNS LOCATED WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS SERVICED BY SBA REGION V (ILLINOIS, INDIANA, OHIO, MINNESOTA, AND WISCONSIN).
