- NA This Pre-Solicitation Notice is for establishment of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Equipment Rental Contract. Rental will consist of, but not limited to, delivery and usage of the equipment in the southern part of Arizona, concentrated but n ot limited to Douglas, Arizona. The contractor shall furnish all maintenance and services such as lubricants, license / registration fees, and parts for repairs that are NOT the fault of the Government usage. Rental rates quoted will be EXCLUSIVE of cos t of fuel following initial delivery but will be INCLUSIVE of applicable taxes and delivery charges. General Rental periods are for two to four week increments that may or may not be concurrent to the previous order, but are not limited to this timeframe. Each will be designated in each delivery order. Normal rental and construction time periods in Arizona are January through July each year. The solicitation package is being issued on the web site on or about 10 FEB 2003 with bid opening schedule on 2 :00 p.m. MST, 11 March 2003. There will be no pre-bid, site visit for this project. Period of performance for this project is base year following date of award and four, one year options. Qualified contractors must have Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 7353 among their approved SIC Codes and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 532412. NO WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR THIS PACKAGE MAY BE MADE. All qualified and interested parties wishing to bid on this project must register a nd download the solicitation from the following web site: www.az.ngb.army.mil/USPFO/solicita.htm. Upon release of the solicitation, any questions pertinent to this offer must be submitted in writing and faxed or emailed to the Contracting Officer. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted ONLY on the web page. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the web page for any amendments to the solicitation. The web masters address is located on the web page, any difficulty encountered in down loading the files, must be emailed to that address.
