- Description
- U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC looking for other sources to make M212 Flares. The Contractor will fabricate, test and deliver six thousand (6,000) minimum and up to forty-two thousand (42,000) M212 Aircraft Countermeasure flares, part number 12988788, per fiscal year for the following four years in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with options to ATK Thiokol Propulsion. This requirement is based on the availability of funds. See notes 22 and 26.
