Description

NA Amendment 0001 to DAAE07-03-Q-BAA1 issued 24 January 2003 Amendment 0001: Summary of changes: (1) Part IV, Milestone Schedule is revised to extend the date and time for submission of white papers and proposals. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. White papers are due on or before February 25, 2003 at 3:00PM EST. Written invitations for proposals will be issued by the Government on or about March 07, 2003. Electronic copies of proposal are due on or before April 10, 2003 at 5:00PM EST. Paper co pies of proposals are due on or before April 11, 2003 at 3:00PM EST. In the event you desire to hand carry your paper and/or electronic proposal to TACOM, you may deliver the copies to the Bid Lobby, located on the first floor of Bldg 231, 6501 East Eleve n Mile Road, Warren, MI 48397-5000. This BAA closes on April 11, 2003 at 3:00PM EST. We anticipate receipt of funds to make selection(s) and award(s) by June 6, 2003. These dates and times may be changed, accelerated, extended, cancelled or withdrawn. Potential offerors are advised to regularly monitor the TACOM-Warren Procurement Network at http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/baa/baapage.htm for possible changes. Note that e-mail transmission is not instantaneous and e-mail white papers and proposals s hould be sent in advance of the closing time. Receipt of proposals and white papers will be handled in accordance with FAR Part 15.208 and the clause at 52.215-1.
